No matter your real estate goals, Mary is your trusted resource and advocate. She finds great fulfillment in helping people find their ideal home, and she limits her number of clients to ensure they receive the personalized attention they deserve. 

Although Mary assists everyone, she loves to focuses on helping investors find opportunities to invest in the incredible SWFL market.

Before becoming an agent, Mary owned and managed a dental practice for 28 years. She

experienced every real estate phase during much of that time: buying her first property,

upsizing, downsizing, and even selling her aging parents’ home. After investing in and

flipping properties for several years, Mary decided to turn her real estate interest into a

profession. With four children, eleven grandchildren, and having served her community and on various nonprofit boards, Mary also has an innate compassion and empathy that round out her attentive qualities and love for the business.

Originally from Utah, Mary moved to Florida in 2018 to never have to shovel snow again!

Away from real estate, she enjoys lots of snow-free activities, including reading, walking on

the beach, looking at homes, and spending time with family and friends.

A transplant from California, Ruth arrived in Bonita Springs, Florida, to live by the crystal beaches, enjoy the spectacular weather, and take advantage of new opportunities — like expanding her real estate career with Barefoot Bungalow Realty.

Ruth’s first experience in real estate began early in life, with both her grandparents being in the business. As she grew into buying homes and selling investments, Ruth learned the patience and care it takes to expertly facilitate real estate transactions. Prior to venturing into real estate, Ruth thrived in the retail industry, where her hard work, thoughtful communication, and genuine customer care led her through many successful roles. But Ruth was ready for a new adventure, so she and her husband took a leap of faith and made an exciting cross-country move to Florida.

Married for three decades, Ruth and her husband love their new life in Florida. They especially enjoy spending time at the beach and taking up new activities, like paddleboarding and cruising around on Sea-Doos. After a day of fun in the sun, they often love to catch up on cooking competition shows and garner new dinner recipes.
